  4. Mail and Package Handling: We can collect and forward mail and packages to the owners while away, ensuring that important correspondence and deliveries are not missed.

  5. Emergency Response: We are available to respond to any emergencies that may arise at the home, such as plumbing leaks, electrical issues, or storm damage. We coordinate necessary repairs and communicate with the owners as needed.

  6. Regular Communication with Owners: We maintain open communication with homeowners via text and email.
